As an Executive Dad, you’ve climbed the ladder of success, conquered challenges, and achieved goals many only dream of. Yet, amidst the accolades and achievements, there lies an underlying quest for a deeper purpose—a life that harmonizes professional success with personal fulfillment.
Imagine a future where the echoes of what could have been don’t haunt your quiet moments. A future where you don’t look back with regret on missed family milestones, neglected health, or unrealized personal dreams. As a seasoned coach dedicated to the evolution of executive dads, I’ve seen the pitfalls of a life disproportionately skewed towards professional achievement. The quest for more often overshadows the truly important, leaving a void that success alone can’t fill.
My mission is to help as many successful fathers as possible to right the ship by sharing what I’ve learned, and by sharing it in a way that will make a huge difference (more on that in a minute).
No amount of success or financial abundance can silence the nagging worry that often accompanies it. I’ve met many men who have millions in their portfolios but still feel anxious every day. That’s because our brains quickly acclimate to every new level of success and begin taking it for granted.
That new car or house only makes you happy for a little while. Before long, you barely even notice it. In fact, increased wealth often creates a more demanding lifestyle and greater responsibility. That means you have to continue working harder to maintain that lifestyle, and you have to think about and manage more tasks and obligations.
Many of my clients achieved remarkable success by devoting their full energy and effort to their careers and working 60-80hours a week. However, the downside to such single-minded dedication is the difficulty of “turning it off.”
The whole point of a successful career is to support a joyful life. Not just a nice house and portfolio, but the kind of relationships, feelings and experiences that enrich the soul… and make life worth living.
And instead of raising kids who pass on their trauma to the next generation, or who live lives filled with anxiety and depression, you’ll raise them to become healthy and well-adjusted adults… adults who’ll be better parents to their own kids someday (i.e. your grandchildren).
Because one day you and I will be long gone from this world. And only our legacies will remain.
I plan to leave a legacy of happiness and love that is passed on and endures for generations.
And I’d like to help you to do the same.
